DeckadesDaily Timeline Card Game: Place Events by Year

Deckades deals you cards one at a time, each a movie, song, book, invention or historical moment, and you drop each one into the right spot on a timeline. Correct placements score, misses show how far off you were, and everyone gets the same cards each day. It's free to play in your browser, with one deck a day and no account needed. There is no unlimited mode: once today's puzzle is done, the next one comes tomorrow.

How to play Deckades

  1. Look at the card and its category.
  2. Drag it onto the timeline slot where you think it belongs, or tap a slot.
  3. See whether it was right and, if not, how far off the real year was.
  4. Finish the day's deck and share your result grid.

Tips

  • The cards already on the timeline are your anchors: compare against them rather than guessing exact years.
  • For films and songs, remember sequels and follow-ups to bracket the original.
  • Early cards are easier to place because the timeline has fewer slots.

We never post the answer to today's puzzle.
